Former Lawrence County District Attorney and Member
of the State Parole Board, Matt Mangino joined Robert Mangino to talk about the
charges filed against East Pittsburgh police officer, Michael Rosfeld who is
responsible for the shooting death of 17-year-old Antwon Rose. Matt
Mangino said it is certainly a homicide, but whether or not it meets the
elements of 1st or 3rd degree murder or manslaughter, a jury will have to
decide.
